Overview

Do not worry, if you do not like or not happy with a device or item bought from us. We will refund it within 14 day after the receiving it and the device must be in the same condition in its original packaging as we sold it. If it is damaged by customer, the amount of repair will be deducted before issuing a refund. We will pay for the postage if it is faulty. Change of mind of is covered by customer.

Refunds

One the device is received upon inspection , we will refund you the amount, if the device is in the same condition. If it is misused or abused. For example (not Limited to): Scratched, cracked screen, liquid damaged or tried to repaired it. Software keys or top up voucher are non refundable.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded as above policy.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged if not repairable in warranty period and can exchange or refund within 14 days if change of mind.
